1. Acceptance of terms

By using Viyelo (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Viyelo. Viyelo is designed for adults aged 35 and up. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

3. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure
• You must provide accurate information when creating your profile
• You may not create multiple accounts or impersonate others
• You may delete your account at any time

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Post false, misleading, or inappropriate content
• Use the Service for commercial solicitation
• Attempt to access or reverse-engineer the platform
• Upload content you do not have the right to share

5. Content

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant Viyelo a non-exclusive licence to display it within the Service. We may remove content that violates these terms without notice.

6. Limitation of liability

Viyelo is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the conduct of other users or any outcomes of meetings arranged through the Service. Always use good judgement when meeting people in person.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our discretion and without prior notice.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Amsterdam.
